Buywigsnow.com adheres to strict codes of conduct. Privacy of our clients is paramount. All customer data is maintained in encrypted, secured formats. Under no circumstances will any customer information be provided to third parties. Customer information is maintained by us purely for order processing. Occasionally we do provide our customers with updated news on new product offerings and sales promotions. Unsubscribing from this service is easy to do by emailing us at sales@buywigsnow.com

Back Orders

Occasionally an item will be back-ordered. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. We will email you indicating when your piece is expected to arrive and when you can expect to receive it based upon the shipping selection you chose. Should you wish to change the shipping method in the event of a back order we will accommodate your request.

Returns Policy

Federal and State Health Regulations strictly prohibit the return of wigs, extensions and hair pieces. Manufacturers uniformly enforce these health codes. Therefore no returns will be accepted. While this maybe concerning to someone purchasing a hair piece it is important to realize why these regulations exist. It should be of greater concern to wonder if the piece you are purchasing has been previously worn.

Exchange Policy

We do want our customers to be happy with their purchases. And we want you to be able to buy with confidence knowing that no-one else has ever worn your wig, extension, or hair piece. Therefore under a very strictly controlled policy we will allow one exchange per piece. Due to the Health Regulations governing the sale of wigs, extensions and hair pieces, failing to follow our guidelines will result in your purchase being ineligible for exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must contact us via email at sales@buywigsnow.com within 3 business days of its receipt. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and provide you with return instructions. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for exchange ALL of the following must pass our exacting standards.

  • Merchandise must be in a completely unused condition. Tags must still be attached and it must still be in the original packaging. It must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, un-brushed, uncombed, and odor free. In other words if you’ve opened the package, looked at the color and style and decided it’s not for you and you have not done anything else with it, your exchange will be accepted. If you have done anything else with it, your exchange will be denied.
  • Items that are on sale or closeout are not eligible for exchange.

To process an approved exchange you will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Remaining credit will then be available for the purchase of an alternate product. The alternate product can be from anywhere on our website and does not need to be for the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If the exchange product cost exceeds the credit balance you will be charged the difference. Should the exchange product cost be less than the original purchase the remaining funds will be held as a credit toward your next purchase.

Merchandise that is deemed manufacturer defective will be exchanged for the exact same piece in the same color after issuance of an approved RMA.
